Thank you to everyone who has come by to say Hi, or let us know that your prayers are with us. The entire Mackinder Family is greatful to be surrounded by such wonderful friends. We continue to walk this path with John, trying to be strong as our hearts are crying.

The new 2009 showbill is posted, and YES!! It is a buckle year!! Division champions will win buckles!! We will again run our ever popular Leadline classes. No points are tracked for leadline, but everyone is a winner. No age minimum, but please have boots & a helmet.

Welcome to Mackinder Arena!
1995 marks the year that John & Deb Mackinder established Mackinder Paint & Quarter Horses. Many horses have rode thru the gates of Mackinder Arena, including riders from the Michigan NBHA, Michigan Ropers Association, Junior Equestrian Teams, and 4-H Clubs. This is our fourth year of hosting summer speed shows. We certainly enjoy them, and hope you all come do the same. Our shows are based on family fun and sportsmanship!
